natural armor generally shouldn't stack unless mentioned otherwise,
in most cases it seems to stack though like advancing size and adding templates, in the cases of polymorph spells it gives a base natural armor bonus though, so it doesn't stack with other natural armor.
An ehancement bonus on natural armor works with natural armor, just like an enhancement bonus on your armor works with armor, so does not stack with an other enhancement bonus on natural armor.

Nope. Just like armour bonuses don't stuck.
But there are items that grant an enhancement bonus to natural armour, and magic armour has an enhancement bonus to its armour bonus.
So in a way, they do stack, but that's because the items in question are specifically made to stack.
