Maybe I missed an announcement somewhere. What happened to the threads for the Shackled City, Age of Worms, and Savage Tide APs? If they are gone forever you've definately lost me as a fan. Those APs were great and shouldn't be cast out like old smelly socks.
They are still here
Edit: Use your browser's search function if you are like me happen to overlook things.

Nevermind. I found them by following the "Older Products" links. I would like to changed my complaint to a mere grumble that it is more of a pain in the ass to find them now.
Plus, do we really need an active 2008 RPG Superstar thread?
It gives an idea of what to look for as far as quality. I used it when I entered the current contest.

Here are the links:

BTW, what's with the "lost me as a fan" bit? All three APs are owned lock, stock, and barrel by Wizard of the Coast. Paizo's just selling its remaining inventory. Once the APs are gone, they're gone from Paizo. Recommend you contact WotC, not blame Paizo, if you don't want the APs to "be cast out like old smelly socks."
EDIT: Ah, you were peeved by Paizo's technology. Well, below's the link to the Webside Feedback:

Read further on where I grumble about change. I know that Paizo's focus is now the PFRPG. I can't get excited about it however (especially when I tally the cost of everything they want to sell me). I've got the pdfs for the Core Book and the Bestiary but that's it.
I'm still 3.5 and I'd like to see the 3.5 threads stick around for me and those like me. Even if we're now in the minority. Besides Monte Cook's message boards this is the only site I regularly visit and post on. And many of those posts are about the three Dungeon Era APs.
Joela's right to call me out on the "lose me as a fan" thing. It was a kneejerk reaction. But for a moment I was feeling like I had even less reason to stop by the Paizo site. That would be a shame.

There was a HUGE debate on continued 3.x support, Gurubabaramalamaswami (blessed Buddha, what a mouthful!), on the Paizo boards and others (e.g., rpg.net, etc.) prior to the release of Pathfinder. All I can say is that PfRPG is the most backwards-compatible version of 3.x currently in print. Have you downloaded the conversion doc? You should, by going backwards, largely able to convert Pathfinder stuff to 3.x. And remember there's still the D&D 3.5/d20/OGL forum onsite as well as offsite over on ENWorld.

We have no plan to remove them.

With the "close group" triangles, having lots of older but still active categories is not a bother at all. I appreciate that everything is still available for the odd time that I feel like poking my nose into it. Of course, if you're not interested in it, then just close it down. I have entire categories and sections closed.
I just wish the archives were better indexed and more searchable. I've been on the boards for a while and since the same questions and issues come up repeatedly, I'd like to reference old posts and archived threads with greater ease.

What I mean is that it should be archived - but still accessible.
Because I'm really just pitching a b%!&% fit about the old APs being moved to a more obscure spot.
Change is bad. Grognards unite!
If you fiddle with the sections of the site you keep open or closed you can essentially design the website to your personal needs. I'm not sure what there is to complain about - its really rather accessible (after you customize it for your personal needs) for a website with so much going on. Nothing has really been moved to some inaccessible place if you don't want it to be - personally I have the Old AP section as one of the ones open at all times as I often post on the converting Age of Worms to 4E thread.
Now we just need a good search function. The trick with using Google is iffy at best really.
