So, I think this is a little hair-splitting, but...
The sorcerer class ability 'bloodline spell' adds a bonus spell to your spells known.
All spellcasting prestige classes include boilerplate language about how you don't gain any benefits from your original spellcasting class except for spells per day (and spells known for spontaneous casters). Does a sorcerer's bloodline spells count as 'spells known' for this purpose?

I'd go for a 'No', as for example Dragon Disciple explicitly says you do keep on gaining them.
They are bonus spells, not spells known (those are in the sorcerer table and mentioned under 'spells per day').
I agree that it would have wording like the Dragon Disciple if it was allowed.

Well, the extra spell is listed in the special features column of the table. It's a class feature and thus, it should be lost when talking a PrC.
At 3rd level, and every two levels thereafter, a sorcerer learns an additional spell, derived from her bloodline. These spells are in addition to the number of spells given on Table: Sorcerer Spells Known. These spells cannot be exchanged for different spells at higher levels.
PrCs do not usually progress bloodlines unless explicitly noted, an example of this being the dragon disciple.
But clerics keep their domain spells and specialist wizards their school slots when taking a PrC so I dont think it would be too far fetched to allow sorcerers to keep their extra spells known.
So in summary, I'd allow it.

Which wording, this?
Blood of Dragons: A dragon disciple adds his level to his sorcerer levels when determining the powers gained from his bloodline. If the dragon disciple does not have levels of sorcerer, he instead gains bloodline powers of the draconic bloodline, using his dragon disciple level as his sorcerer level to determine the bonuses gained. He must choose a dragon type upon gaining his first level in this class and that type must be the same as his sorcerer type. This ability does not grant bonus spells to a sorcerer unless he possesses spell slots of an appropriate level. Such bonus spells are automatically granted if the sorcerer gains spell slots of the spell's level.
The bolded section refers to bloodline powers, not bloodline spells.
The italicized section IMO is there to describe the interaction between the bonus spells feature and the reduced spell progression of a DD.
I don't think this is conclusive enough to say that DD explicitly allows these bonus spells known. They're not even listed in the special class features table.
edit: I'll keep thinking on it, though. I'm not sure which is the right answer yet.

the bonus spells are addressed specifically "This ability does not grant bonus spells to a sorcerer unless he possesses spell slots of an appropriate level." but that said it references that the won't get them unless they can cast spells that level... so normally they would get them anyway... right?

Yes, that's what I think.
