I was excited until I realized I already bought the issue back on DriveThruRPG's Thanksgiving sale.... I still haven't read it ... but that's because I bought a lot of stuff during that time .... especially from those that were having $1 sales. I still need to get that $20 Haiti special. Egads! It's almost like stealing, but legal. :D For a good cause, of course.

He is completely ignoring us. Apparently my other roommate Dave, got into an argument at work the other day. funny circumstances for that. But since then he has really holed up in his room

Edit: Plus, I think it was Jacobs who said contributors who use people, places, & things with umlauts and stuff drives the pre-press layouters crazy. Imagine if it is in the author's/contributer's name. :)

It's a monster I created for the KQ King of the Monster contest. It makes duplicates of itself until it becomes a swarm. I liked it; the judges didn't like it enough. :)

Like mention that their was a brief upheaval in Korvosa, and XXXXX is the new ruler/regent. And then sprinkle in a healthy dose of newer plothooks and ideas.
If it's in a softcover 100pg book, they won't need to cut any original material from the campaign book for wordcount. Plus, it'll be an easier sell to all of us that already bought the original HC.

Have they considered doing PFRPG novels? That would be interesting but could come with the problem of a continually changing set of circumstances in the campaign if the books are made canon like those of the FR were.

If you have to ask, you already lack the prerequisites. It's more l33t than Druid, more smooth than Drow handsigns, and more street than Thieves Cant.

There are plans in the works to create PFRPG fiction. I think Paizo is taking their time, because they want to do it right.

Yes. Last I heard they (Paizo) were going to release some official details & authors back December-ish, but I haven't heard anything yet. There are several threads asking, but I haven't looked into any of them in several weeks.
