I think we need a sticky post about this, or a FAQ.... :)
The short answer is no, mainly because a hardback version of an AP would be a disincentive for (some) people to purchase or subscribe to that particular AP--they'd just hold off until the hardback.
Perhaps eventually, but nothing announced as of this time.

I think the earliest possibility of this would be at a point where APs are OOP for a long time, and the cost of a reprint, let alone of a re-edit (3.5/PF rules) are only reasonable if you do something like the SC HC. Once we see AP #50 in print, we might come closer to that - but then again, perhaps not.
Enough short hand already :-)

I've been curious about this as well. Its already getting difficult to get physical copies of RotRL. Honestly more than anything I want compilations of the articles scattered through the APs. I may not have any interest in an adventure path, but you guys keep sticking all kinds of stuff in them that I'd like access to. Its been making me really disappointed in some of the other books. For example, I picked up Dragons Revisited thinking it would tell me something about how true dragons arrived in Golarion, but it doesn't, it tells me to reference Pathfinder #4 for more on draconic history. The same for Gods and Magic, I was just expecting more information. It barely tells you more than the CS book. That feels kind of cheaty and makes me sad. I understand that you rely a lot on sales of the APs, but I don't want to feel like I have to buy them if I don't have interest in the actual adventures. I'll admit, that if there were no article reprints or compilations, I would probably purchase hardcover compilations of the full APs if they were made available, if they were in the 30-40$ range.
Really looking forward to Kingmaker btw. Council of Thieves looks awesome as well, I love Cheliax, but I want to play it and no one in my group/area is running it. I plan on running Kingmaker at some point hopefully. Anyway, keep up the good work, I'll just keep my fingers crossed.

I guess the pdfs are out there for a long time to come, if you need any specific information out of the AP books. I have no idea what they cost, however. It could be an idea to make them cheaper at some point to get the information easily.
I understand how annoying it can be to be referred to an OOP book, but OTOH, folks who buy everything (like me) are annoyed if the same stuff gets reprinted time and again. (I think some information about Greyhawk appeared in every background book, from the ´80 folio to the LGG nearly unchanged - and after reading some stuff for the fourth time, it gets really annoying). So, whatever paizo does in this regard, it will annoy some people - and in this case, I would rather try to get people to buy more of my books if I were paizo.
