Nope. That is exactly what it means.
One of the items on your order, "Amiryth Elmlighter Female Elf Archer", states on it's product description that this item usually ships out of our warehouse in 8 to 17 business days. This is the time we are in now (we are on business day 4). Your order will remain "pending" until everything is in and ready to ship out.
