Status of Order #1307147?

There was an issue with lack of funds when the order was initially processed, but I fixed that problem and sent an email to customer service confirming that the money was now available.

I got a reply from Sarah saying that my order had now been processed successfully, but two days later when I check my order history I still see that it's listed in my account as Payment Declined. Can someone please check to see if things are OK with it?

Thanks for the help for getting things started. Unfortunately it looks like I may to have to have a word with my bank after the weekend, because it seems to have declined about half the order again, despite the funds being there as of yesterday.

The values declined are odd though. From a total order charge of US$385.14 including shipping, I've gotten three declined messages for US$273.47, two declined messages for US$250.03, and one declined message for US$226.96.

Even assuming that the duplicate values are indeed duplicate messages, that's a total of US$750.46, which is more money than I have available. If I assume that it's the total value of US$1797.46, I definitely don't have that much cash.

I'm sorry to be a pain, but could you see if you can work out what's up? I definitely can cover the actual order value as listed on the order page, but there seems to be something odd going on which what your system is trying to charge me.

One point about the mixture of messages I received:
The ones saying items were shipping didn't actually say how much the charges were, while the ones declining payment said how much was declined and not what books were involved.

It might be easier to tell what's happening from the customers end if the missing information from each set of messages is included in the other one as well, so the payment failure listed the items to be shipped, while the shipping warning gives what the actual charges for that shipment are.

I can confirm that as of today there are indeed sufficient funds available to pay for the entire order in my account.

In looking at your order today, everything has either been shipped or is in the shipping queue and the payment method has been approved. Let me know if you have any other questions.
