I want to print one of the panels off the GM screen for the fellas to use at the game table. I dl the 'all in one' version, but the printer tries to print out all 4 panels as one page.
So I tried to dl the 'one file per panel' version, but it keeps opening up blank. I tried several times, and even tried to 'open' it without saving, and it comes up blank each time.
Please help. :)

The default unzipping utility in some version of Windows has issues with some files. Using an alternate unzipping utility should solve the problem.
By the way, we've been seeing a lot more questions about this lately. Did you recently install Windows 7, by any chance?

I am 99.999% sure that the problem here is that the default Windows decompression utility does not allow archives (i.e. zipped files) to create sub-folders. The single file PDFs (All-in-one) unzip directly into a PDF file. However, the multiple-file PDFs all unzip into a folder that contains the PDF files. When the decompression utility forbids the archive from creating the sub-folder, then a folder is created, but there is nothing in it.
The easily-explained fix for this is to use a decompression utility that allows the creation of sub-folders by default (WinZip, WinRar, 7 Zip). The other fix for this is to find the setting in Windows and figure out how to get the default Windows decompression utility to do this. This explanation goes beyond the scope of this Customer Service column (i.e. I ain't touching your Windows settings with a 10' pole!). However, if you know someone knowledgeable with Windows who can show you how to configure this setting, then you can use the Windows decompression utility.
I hope this sheds a little light on the issue for you.
Thanks,

ok, I got the free version of winzip, and it worked! If I can't narrow down the windows problem till the free trial is over, I may have to buy it.
If you want to avoid buying something, WinRar keeps the "please buy me" pop-ups, but never loses any functionality (whereas winzip does lose functionality - I'm not sure about 7zip, winrar easily meets all my needs).
