Sorry, I don't speak/compose Latin. You get what the translator regurgitates. (sp?)
gaucho = Cowboy
But, is that Spanish or Latin? I know they seem close but...I don't know. I am sticking to the translator. More fun.
Of course the term is from south america, after a little more research, and from the 1800's so it is still late for Latin.
I think I will stick with the translator. "Cowboy" sticking out like a sore thumb amidst the actually translated material is pleasing to the eye, IMO.

You should use "simpliciter" meaning "simply" - "iustus" is the adjective "just", as in "a just law" (online translators are the devil).
And "amo" means "I love", which is not what you meant.

It's probably the older form. "Cantare" is the verb I was more familiar with, but when I looked it up, it turns out to be a later addition (Vulgar Latin).
