Favored Enemy (Tiefling)?

Are Tieflings available as a favored enemy? Is it Humanoid (other), or Outsider (Evil), or something else?

outsider (native), next to last on the outsider list. Note this covers any native outsider, not just the tiefling.

As a house rule, I could likely be persuaded to allow outsiders (evil) to specifically work on evil Tieflings... but seekerofshadowlight is correct in his assessment.

Outsider (native) is actually a really good choice for favored enemy in Council of Thieves as a result...
