Sorry to bother you, but I bought the .pdf format of Dragon #307.
However, I downloaded it and it was an empty .zip file. I deleted the file and redownloaded it several times, but it is now empty every time. I tried downloading one of my other .pdfs, and it worked.
I'm stumped.
After having downloaded and successfully opened the PDF from your account, the only suggestion I have for you is to ensure that your decompression and PDF reader utilities are fully up-to-date. If, after updating these programs, you are still having troubles, I would suggest that you then try different decompression and PDF reader utilities.
If, after having completed these steps, you are still having issues with your PDF, please let me know. Please include a list of the decompression utilities and PDF utilities that you are currently using and have already tried. Thanks!
Most likely the problem stems from a setting in your decompression utility which prevents archives from creating subfolders. This archive unzips into a folder containing several PDFs that comprise the full magazine.
Thanks,
cos

As it turns out, the problem hasn't been fixed and remains now with all the .pdf downloads I get.
The .zip file appears to just be empty.
I'm using Windows Explorer for the .zip files, and Windows 7. Adobe Acrobat is my .pdf reader. :/
EDIT: This problem was solved by extracting the .zip file completely.
