Description: Full, wide cloak used by travellers to protect themselves from the elements.

2. Shendyt
Description: A linen kilt worn in Egyptian-style cultures. Popular for high nobles, who may need free movement when performing rites, and hunters and warriors who require a simple, sturdy, unconstricting garment.

Nailed sandal (kind of a boot sandal) used by the Roman legions. Caligula was actually a nickname that meant something like "little boots".

4. Strophiae
Description: A soft cloth, often leather, wool or linen (or silk, for those who can afford to import it), worn as a breastcloth. It has several styles, including a simple band laced in back, two clothes each supporting one breast (and crossing over in back), and a tight tube of cloth with a isngle shoulder support.

May be worn by athletes as an outergarment, or concealed as smallclothes, depending on the culture.

Description: A knee-length shirt of linen or wool, often dyed with saffron or henna. Usually worn tucked into trews, at least among the commonfolk and soldiers.
