When I purchased a number of PFRPG at GenCon for all my friends who couldn't attend, I did it as a number of seperate transactions so that each matching PDF could be tied to a different e-mail address.
If a real Paizo person doesn't give you a better idea, you could try creating a different Paizo account in your cousin's name (assuming he doesn't already have one) tied to a hotmail account (or some other free e-mail provider) that you've set up with his/her name and making the purchase with that. Be sure to remove your credit card information after you make the purchase. I like my cousins too, but I'm not going to give them my numbers.
