Sorry to bother you guys,
But when I placed an order for a couple of items tonight, trying to take advantage of your awesome sale items, it seems that a Pathfinder Subscription was in my shopping cart. I didn't think anything of it, since I AM a subscriber, but now I see that the subscription is listed TWICE on my order form, and I only want ONE! Can you remove the accidental second one please?
Also, when I placed the order, it automatically shipped it to my OLD address, which I had already removed from my list of available addresses. I have corrected the shipping address, (I think, I'll double check it tomorrow!) but I was wondering how it came up there in the first place?
Thank you for all of your help in advance!

I'm sorry,
It helps if I actually give you information to work with, doesn't it? ;P
It was Order #760266
It has a pathfinder ongoing subscription on it, and I already HAVE that subscription. (Charter Subscriber! Yay!) :)
When I look at my current subscriptions, it now lists it twice. Can you please remove the second one? I only need one!
Thank you in advance!

What?!? You don't want two copies of these awesome books every month?!? I'm *shocked*!
:)
Seriously, having the second subscription makes no difference. As a holdover from the old Dungeon and Dragon Magazine days, the second subscription would have lain inactive until the previous (your current) expired. However, since subscriptions do not expire anymore, it would have lain there indefinitely.
...or at least until your tried to cancel your current subscription. At which time it would have automatically started, and caused all manner of troubles.
I have canceled the superfluous subscription.
thanks,
cos
