Was just curious if the shipping department had managed to make a big dent in the Bestiary shipments. In particular, I am obviously curious about my own shipment, which is still sitting in the sidecart, delayed no doubt due to the Seeker of Secrets. I am sure I am like lots of customers, very eager to read the new material and use it in our games.
I dont want to distract you too much as to give a specific estimate for my order, but can you give some idea of when the backlog might be caught up? ie, today, next week, next month, etc? At least then I would have some idea of when I would expect that lovely email notification.

Looks like your sidecart was being held for your next monthly subscription. I went ahead and finalized it so you should be receiving a lovely email notification soon.

Excellent thanks, I did receive one email, though admittedly not the lovely email I was hoping for (the one with the links to the PDFs). Guess I will just need develop a few more level in patience skill.

Mine too. Might this be a more general problem as Seeker of Secrets has come in towards the end of the month?either that or the fact that (in my case) the bestiary was in when I changed from 'ship with AP' to 'ship monthly'
I think that was the root of my problem, I know I did a similar change myself, after reading it as a suggestion a week or two ago.
Perhaps what we need is the option to ship when the Pathfinder RPG item arrives, instead of only when the AP arrives? I know I prefer to get the RPG books faster, but can wait for the AP issues.

If we gave you the option to hold for the RPG, you wouldn't get anything between the GM screen in November and the GameMastery guide in February. That's why we only offer the ability to hold for monthly shipments or monthly products—and currently, the only product that's monthly is the AP.

No problem, definitely dont want to go several months without my monthly fix. Hopefully the whole process will get smoother with time, obviously it is just the curse of Pathfinder being overly popular that is hurting things right now.

Yours looks like yours is pretty close to going out. We've still got a lot of orders that the warehouse team is packing as fast as possible. For those who haven't gotten a shipping notice yet, it isn't quite time to worry as more orders are going to be headed out in the next few days.
