Order 1262100

I have my account set to ship only once a month. Why wasn't my october subscription order held for this?

I don't want to pay extra shipping. I guess delay it until next month's shippment... though I'm not happy about that.

I had read earlier in October on the message boards that the default was monthly orders were going to be waiting for this book (I think Lisa Stevens said it).

What I'd really like is it to be shipped out now for the difference in shipping between what my order (1246241) cost to ship and what it would have cost had this book been in that shipment...

I have waived the shipping and handling fee for the Seekers shipment.
