Okay so I was screwing around with a random anime title generator and thought hey, what a great and fun tread idea. Take one of the titles that you generate and come up with a plot idea for it. So here we go.
Twilight Virgin: In the not too distant future, human civilization has been destroyed by a supernatural plague. The generation born just before the plague will be the last humans because all the female survivors were infected in such a way that they give birth to demons and monsters instead of humans. Then a band of humans discovers evidence that there is an isolated settlement of women that is immune to the plague. Can a brave band of adventurers find this settlement and save them from the Demon Lord Pornozeelhap who seekks to destroy them? Can the women's natural immunity lead to a cure for the plague, and will they be willing to help save the human race?
Death Alchemist Professor
Allen is a young professor at the University College for Alchemical Studies. Phoenix Songs
A bubblegum girl band acidently stumbles across an alien conspiracy to use human beings as psychic batteries. Now they must balance the demands of going to school, making thier fans fans happy, and fighting off an army of alien robot assassins while wearing prototype cheescake mecha armor. They are aided in their efforts by the galant buy mysterious masked Cyber-Prince.

It's actually pretty easy to get the anime vibe, if you are willing to get really silly. Take a bunch of unconnected and over the top elements, pump them up on steroids, and create a story that fits them all together. Then throw in a mysterious stranger who could be either friend or foe, and you have anime. :)

Battle Seed Fleet!
Earth is dead, destroyed by centuries of abuse and negelect. Every attempt to reverse the damge nded up making things worse. Now thelast 150,000 humans make their way across the galaxy in a specilly built seed fleet. Protected by the brave men and women of the fleet's mecha corp and guided by an eternally young but incredibly ancient alien being they seek a new home while avoiding the battlefleets of the alien coalition that caused Earth's destruction.
Daisuke and the Planetary Panzer
Daisuke is an elementary school kid from Tokyo who discovers an intelligent inter-stellar warship which had been lying dormant deep underground for hundreds of years and, upon awakening, this ship aknowledges him as its only master. This starship had been thought lost by two long-warring alien races that will now stop at nothing to possess it and change the tides of war in their favor, putting earth straight in the middle of their conflict.
Will Daisuke choose either of two sides before earth is destroyed?

John Wayne is resurrected as a 60-foot leviathan that attacks downtown Tokyo. The world's only hopes now are the musical talents of Julie Andrews, her magical parrot umbrella sidekick, Lum-Lum, and her flying pterodactyl robot airplane.

Agent Prince
Agent Prince outgunned Tokyo Gunsmith Espers, tracked down the Rogue Nun, stopped Ghostly Bullets with his mind, and wrestled Demon Calamity Monster to the ground, singlehandedly preventing All-Purpose Calamity Tokyo Two. That was this morning. Now, all he has to do this afternoon is apologize to his girlfriend Phantom Angels for missing lunch and bring a finished mid-term essay to Professor Terror.

(This autumn we had a couple of Japanese girls staying in our house for a three week homestay. I took them to a local bookstore and showed them the anime section and they were floored. They had no idea how popular anime was outside of Japan.)

January Alencia is a teacher at Yokohama High School. She is also a witch. There is an ancient prophecy which says that there will arise a great threat which threatens to break down the barriers that shield the normal world from the magical realm. Mortal Nurse- after escaping a mental institute, deranged former surgeon Kangofu gyakufunsha(crazy nurse), travels from osaka to a small village in northern japan so she can continue her journey to eternal youth through the eating of virgins. for 3 years her plan goes along unhindered...until kangofu sees liver spots on her hands, sending her into a frenzy. it is then that kangofu finds an orphan named Sounan(disaster) eating what appears to be a human hand. Kangofu is surprised, partially because this child is eating a fresh human hand, but even more so because this girl is stunningly beautiful. after a long deliberation Kangofu "adopts" this child and hatches a plan to eat her, believing that the ingestion of Sounan's heart will be the key to eternal youth, but this would prove to be very difficult because Sounan wants to eat people because she believes it will make her grow up faster, and she thinks that eating Kangofu will finally make her a grown-up.
so kangofu lets Sounan in on her operation of eating virgins that come to her office, seeking medical attention....what will come of their plans to eat eachother...only time will tell
