I sent an email on October the 10th.

"Your store was doing some crazy stuff last night... it said my card
was declined after ordering just a pdf, but it went in my downloads
anyways, then I added some other things in my cart I was thinking of
buying, that I now apparently did buy, even though I didn't go through
the whole checkout process. And the pdf never left my cart.

Please refund me for the cost and shipping for GameMastery Flip-Mat:
Woodlands, and Testament—Roleplaying in the Biblical Era RPG (d20). I
may yet purchase them, but I have not authorized this yet! (To my
calculations should be $28.04 - $3.39 = $24.65)

Also, please ensure (it looks like it according to my account history,
but please look into it further) that I am only charged once for
Pathfinder Society Scenario #33: Assault on the Kingdom of the
Impossible (PFRPG) PDF.
