Problem with two orders

Dear Paizo friends,
Last June I ordered the legacy of fire deck of cards and second darkness dice set.As both of them seem to be available for several time by now, I don´tunderstand why my order (1187486 Jun 9, 2009)is still pending.
In the other hand, I recently (last week) switched my subscriptions to 'never hold anything'. Two days ago I received an email telling me that three books were about to be shipped in the next week. I have no problem if this is true and the three books are shipped in the same pack but an hour ago Vic Wertz said in a thread that one of the books in this order have been delayed two weeks. As I like to get my bestiary and the book of damned, I´d like to get this issue fixed in order to get my books as soon as possible.

People is receiving their mails about their bestiaries being sent and nobody has even asked me since the last week.Can anyone help me?

We are expecting our shipment of the Second Darkness to come in any day now. Once the shipment arrives, we will get your order shipped out as soon as possible.

I have moved your Seeker of Secrets onto a separate order, for which you should have just received a confirmation email. WE will get the Bestiary and Book of the Damned shipped out as soon as possible.

I apologize for the delayed response. I answer questions in the Customer Service Forum from the bottom-up, so whenever a thread is bumped, it gets pushed to the back of the queue.
