Prerequisite: Low-light Vision, Perception 5 Ranks
Benefit: The concelement offered by dim lighting conditions is one step lower for you than normal.

Benefit: The concelement offered by dim lighting conditions is one step lower for you than normal.
The benefit is confusing. There's only one "dim light" condition, and moving the concealment down would remove concealment altogether for that condition. Perhaps, it should be something like "The concealment offered by less than normal light..."
Otherwise I like this. It fits in-between low-light vision and darkvision.

Well you are right, normally dim light only grants partial concealment. However, some creatures and races have special abilities that grant them total concealement in dim light, such as the Svartalfar. Therefore in those particular cases they would only have partial concealment. All others would gain no concealment from dim lighting conditions.

OK. I see what you are saying. Perhaps, "This also applies to creatures that benefit from dim light." Badgers get easily confused, especially when there's fermented cherries.
