Well it would depend on how you used it. I'm not sure what the range on it is but it's possible you could make noises down a side passage and hope that it attracted them there.

Giving ourselves a little space in between the real trash wall and our own built up fake one. Of course we could continue "moving" the trash in this same fashion, till we reached the otherside. But from their, point of view, they would come upon a "Wall of Trash" just like we did!

I can't help but wonder what Kalvek thinks of getting a quarterstaff to the groin. It's pretty tempting to rule that. Course the TH roll was low, but Kalvek could willingly take it just cause it'd be funny.
I realize I may have not been descriptive enough of the trash. The pile cannot be walked through. It was cleared enough to be passable which means climbed over/through. Taking the time to displace all of it so that you could walk through it would take far too long. I'll try to be more specific in the future. Still, I think the idea of Kalvek trying to help Yuki through is great, it could be as simple as him giving her a gentle push from behind without asking first. It'd get the same reaction either way.

By wolves, he of course he means the Hellknights. Because he is unfamiliar with common, and less familiar with Cheliax, he tries to find things he knows about to relate them to relevant situations. The Hellknights are chasing us like wolves. Therefore they are wolves to Kalvek.
