lmao, that's funny! That'd be funny if they did it as a joke. "We were kind of bored so..."

[gives Kalvek a great big booby hug] Awww. Don't be so sad. Do you want me to braid your hair?

So here is how I have everyone's motivations as of now.
Kalvek - Believes that the evil of Cheliax is responsible for what is happening to his village. Has come to Westcrown on his first stop to change the prevailing evil practices of the government and people. (Please note that as is usually the case, only the people in power are really evil. Average citizens are regular people)
Helwyr - Has come to help the other people of Cheliax. May not have grown up here but it's obvious that things aren't as they should be. Pretty heavy contrast from oppressed populous to peace loving beatnicks.
Nesswen - Trying to get back at the house that held her. Likely harbours a hatred for any Cheliaxian nobility.
Yuki - Is traveling to prove to herself that she really is destined for greatness. Is sympathetic to the plight of the oppressed people.
If any of this is wrong... just let me know. As I read it, three of you have the same Campaign Trait. Not a bad thing. In fact it makes it super easy to pull you into the campaign. And Nesswen is an easy in as well. So here's the deal. Rather than do an individual RP, I'm going to speed that up a bit since it'd be quick and easy RP anyhow. So... as soon as I have a moment today, I'll be creating the IC thread and I'll post the link here.

Just a note for everyone, esspecially anyone who hasn't MUSHed before. When you RP in this kind of a context it's customary to do it from a third person perspective. So that the post reads more like a book. So you would use third person pronouns instead of first person like you would when RPing in regular tabletop.
Just an FYI.

Actually, I do have something to add to my post but I wasn't sure how you wanted to do it.
During my introduction I did try to Bluff the party. While the story I told is true, its not all the story. So, a Sense Motive would get a bad vibe, if you beat my bluff, that I left something out and I wanted subtle hints, like the manner in which I curtsied, with a knowledge (local) would subtly hint at my being a slave, at some time in my life. Coupled with how I fidgeted when Savidus came in... It's not something hard to put together, but the fact that I am trying to hide this. Brings into question, how do you wanna approach this?
Be mindful, though, I am doing the best I can to hide this...

Wouldnt that be more of a Knowledge (nobility)?

James and I don't know what a "CMD" is. What is it? I can't find it on my char sheet.
CMD is new with the published PFRPG. All Combat Manuevers (and tumble checks) are vs the opponents Combat Manuever Defence.
Your CMB is equal to your BAB + Str + Size bonus + Misc.
Your CMD is equal to 10 + BAB + Str + Dex + Size bonus + Misc.
For anyone looking at tumbling this is important as the DCs are higher now. In addition there is a +5 to the DC for tumble if you're trying to go through the enemies square, and eaach additional enemy adds +2 to the DC.
As I read the rules for tumble it is a seperate check for each enemy, with a +2 added for each one over 1. So if, for example, you wanted to tumble past 5 people (as happened in the campaign I'm playing in here just last week) you'd have to roll 5 times vs the CMD, CMD+2, CMD+4, CMD+6, CMD+8. This makes tumble far less powerful, which as we know from Simon, is a good thing.

I believe that feat allows you to use your Dex instead of str for your CMB, but does not effect your CMD. I'll check though.
As for the roll, the reason I am thinking he accidently added his bonus twice is because there are two +6s. 1d20 +6 =>13 and then another +6 to make 19. I'd actually prefer that you just roll offline and post the result. I really don't need to see your rolls but if you do want to roll through the post, I'll check and see what the format is.

I like the Online Roll. I'm going to continue to use it. I've looked into it already. Here;s what happens:
-
[5] So if I were to roll multiple dice... say 1d8+1 Longsword +3d6 Sneak Attack Damage...
[6] 1d8 + 1 + 3d6 ⇒ (4) + 1 + (5, 4, 2) = 16
[1] (dice)1d20+6(/dice) - this is the code you put in.
[2] 1d20+6 => - The code then displays, what you put in
[3] (13)+6 = - The code has now just rolled all the random numbers
[4] 19 - This is the final Total with everything added in.
Do you see? It's actually quite simple. AND to top it off, if you hit Preview. It shows you what its going to roll, no matter how many times you hit preview and refresh. So, you can see what you are going to roll, before it's posted. And alter your post to say something to the affect that you either hit or missed. I like it, I really do.

There's a slave curtsy? O.o
If you were a Tyrant of a Household, would you want your slaves to mimic you? Or act as though they had some sort of air of confidence and pride?
I'd think not. I'd think they'd be treated worse than the dirt on your shoes. They'd have something to show respect, but it wouldn't be as dignified as someone else who was better off. Atleast, that's what I think...SuperSylph |

I don't know, that sounds kinda weird. lol

Thanks for the explaination of the dice roller, I had figured it out just before reading your post. I have no problem with you using it, feel free. Just keep in mind that for attacks, I need you to post how you are attacking, then roll both To Hit and Damage, and leave it. I'll post the result of the attack.
Of course the same goes for skills. You'll post the roll and I'll tell you if it succeeds. So there's not much opportunity to use the result of the roll in your post. But you're more than welcome to. I don't like it personally because it breaks up the narrative nature of the posts.
On curtsies, I'd figure that slaves would bow... or grovel. Really if you were going for realism I would say that slaves would just curtsy lower than nobles. The depth of a curtsy or bow typicly denotes station. Hence why slaves tend to grovel a lot.

Just some questions and corrections.
Yuki
- Knowledge Skills - You should only have a +1 misc bonus in any knowledge skill you don't have ranks in. You can make checks untrained, but you still don't get the in-class bonus till you put a rank in them.
- Perform (Dance) - You should be aware that when you get Versatile Performance next level you will be able to substitute your Perform Dance for Acrobatics. So you may not want to invest heavily in Acrobatics. This ability also applies to other perform checks and skills. Check it out to see all the cool stuff you can do.
- You need to tell me what spells you know.
Nesswen
- Bust and Bosom are synonyms, in case you aren't aware. So your desc sounds a little odd.
Kalvek
- A scythe is 2 handed. So your damage should be 2d4+3.
Pavara
- I don't know what skills you have ranks in.
Everyone but Yuki also doesn't seem to have decided whether they want a +1HP or +1 Skill point every level for their favored class. Neither your SP or HP have 1 extra to denote this.

You can certainly re-allocate that point if you want. Just remember that until 2nd level you'd only have a +3 to tumbling.
I also take it that you settled on a combination of quarterstaff and unarmed? I'm curious, did you think about maybe just taking a single level of monk? That would give you improved unarmed strike for free which frees up that feat choice, and double your damage. It'd also give you another attack with flurry of blows that you could use with a magical quarterstaff if you ever get one. Just a thought. I'd let you change your feat as well if you wanted to do this.

Yay!
I thought that monks still had to get the feat, but when they go it it was beee-tter. James didn't make this clear to me. Not saying it's his fault though. lol That would actually be super duper freakin' awesome!!! I wanna do that!

Prevara plans on trying to take point if no one else has any objections. My thinking is that she can see in the dark and that can keep the light near the middle/rear.
Oooo, the orc is in the back, who can also can see in the dark. So putting those things together, there's barely any chance we can get lost! X3

But wait, isn't the boy suppose to lead us?
Right, but I think we need an order for us. But if you want to get technical. I guess, it could be:
Front: Morosino
2nd: Prevara
3rd: Nesswen
4th: Yukimura
5th: Savidus
6th: Kalvek
Back: Janiven
Lets start with this and go from there. Trade places as needed.
