At 6th level the Mantis Assassins get a giant red mantis form. I thought I read somewhere that an Assassin's sawtooth sabers become natural weapons and could be used while in the mantis form. Is that correct?
If so would the enchants on the weapons remain active (ie: humanbane, spellstoring, vicious)?

Nope; a Red Mantis assassin in mantis form has his sabres absorb into the new form. He gains additional powers while in mantis form, but any abilities possessed by his weapons are unavailable while he's in mantis form.

Ok. Would you still get all of your attacks from TWF and Imp TWF? Also, would you still be able to cast spells in the mantis form?

Ok. Would you still get all of your attacks from TWF and Imp TWF? Also, would you still be able to cast spells in the mantis form?

You don't get extra attacks from TWF or its chained feats when you aren't using two manufactured weapons; the mantis attacks with its natural weapons and therefore doesn't use its TWF feats at all. Nor can you cast spells, since you can't talk or manipulate things, but a generous GM might let you take the Natural Spell feat to fix that. Otherwise, you'd have to use Silent Spell and Still Spell to cast spells while in mantis form.
