Not a Mac user so was wondering what is the major complaint with using Adobe Reader on a Mac ? The Preview on a Mac has a better search function, in my opinion. Plus, Reader lags a bit on my laptop. Minor things, but enough that I'd rather not use it.
I've been using the Preview program on my MacBook to view the PHB. There's a font problem where I cant see A's in any of the titles, ex: Dwarves shows up as Dw rves. What font is used for the titles? I was thinking that if I add the font it will fix the problem. Or if there's another way to fix this that isn't using Adobe?
"Grappled creatures cannot move and take a –4 penalty to Dexterity." Escape Artist:" Grapple: You can make an Escape Artist check in place of a combat maneuver check to escape a grapple (see Chapter 8) or to change from a pinned condition to merely grappled." Escape Artist is obviously a Dex based skill. So is escape artist, used escape a grapple, effected by the -4 penalty?
do divine favor and divine power stack? i know they are both luck bonuses but it doesnt state if they stack or not. nor can i find anything in the book abt it.
Nope; a Red Mantis assassin in mantis form has his sabres absorb into the new form. He gains additional powers while in mantis form, but any abilities possessed by his weapons are unavailable while he's in mantis form. Ok. Would you still get all of your attacks from TWF and Imp TWF? Also, would you still be able to cast spells in the mantis form? Thanks.
At 6th level the Mantis Assassins get a giant red mantis form. I thought I read somewhere that an Assassin's sawtooth sabers become natural weapons and could be used while in the mantis form. Is that correct? If so would the enchants on the weapons remain active (ie: humanbane, spellstoring, vicious)? |
