I wish to know a thing. If a wizard is an evocation specialized wizard and his opposition school are necromancy AND divination, can he use "read magic" to learn his spellbook ? Page 80 it is written that:
"A wizard must study his spellbook each day to prepare his spells. He cannot prepare any spell not recorded in his spellbook, except for read magic, which all wizards can prepare from memory."
Does it mean that every time a wizard found scroll, even if he hasn't "read magic" in his spell, he can read and use the scroll and learn his spells from his spellbook ?

All wizards know Read magic and can prepare it without a spellbook. Even if divination is your opposition school. However, if divination is your opposition school Read Magic will take up two cantrip spell slots.
A wizard who finds an arcane scroll can decipher the spell on the scroll with a Spellcraft (DC 15+spell level), or Use Magic Device (DC 25+spell level)skill check, or by casting Read Magic (automatic success). Once desciphered you can either cast the spell or learn it (Spellcraft DC 15+spell level) and then copy it into your spell book.A wizard never needs to cast Read Magic in order to prepare spells from his own spellbook.

No, it means that a Wizard can prepare the spell Read Magic even without referring to his spellbook - effectively, the spell is so simple that any Wizard can prepare it from memory.
Please note that a spell from a prohibited school in PRPG can still be learned and prepared - but Spellcraft checks related to it are a bit more difficult, crafting Magic Items with such spell has a skill check penalty, and preparing it occupies two slots instead of one.
If your Evoker finds a scroll and is not able to decipher it with his Spellcraft skill, he can still prepare and cast Read Magic in order to read and learn it - the Cantrip would occupy two 0 level slots (instead of one) for the day, but could be cast at will (as all other Cantrips).

Ah, I almost forgot: as a Wizard, you don't need any spell nor any check in order to prepare spells from your own Spellbook.
Only reading and preparing spells from borrowed or found spellbooks requires Spellcraft checks or the use of a Read Magic spell (and after such spells have been deciphered, they require Spellcraft check only in order to be prepared).
Let's put it in another way: if you prepare a spell from your own spellbook, since you have written it personally, you understand your writings, your secret codes, and so on. If you try to prepare a spell from a spellbook written by another person, it's like trying to read the Codex Leicester (known also as Codex Hammer) written by Leonardo DaVinci: written backwards in some places, with strange paintings, and so on - a little messy...
