In the Tomes of secrets have some classes (ex. knight , swashbucler) with in the list of bonus feats have fighter feats (ex. greater weapon specialization 12th fighter feat).
The question is if the classes swashbuckler an knight can meet the prerequisites of fighter lvls for this feats. Only multiclass?? 12th fighter 8 swashbuckler?? ¬¬
Thanks
sorry my english

Ok... but is not a fail? add a feat in the feat list of a basic class??
feats with prerequisite 12 lvl of a other class??
Bonus Feats from most classes ignore the pre-requisites when they are granted. for example the monk gets improved trip as a bonus feat even though he doesnt have combat expertise. If you are adding bonus feats to a class that have a certain BAB or level requirement (even a different class) you should not make them available until that class reaches a similar level.
for example adding greater weapon spec (fighter lvl 12) to the bonus feats of a knight or swashbuckler class, should not be available until the knight is 12th level or the swashbuckler is 12th level.
regarding multiclassing, a 6th level knight/6th level swashbuckler would not meet the requirements to take this feat. it should be exclusively one class of the other. You could grant the classes the Diverse Training ability of the eldritch knight but I personally think that dilutes the improvements of the fighter class and should only be considered when making prestige classes.

Not true. There are 6 classes in Pathfinder who get bonus feats (fighter, monk, ranger, rogue, sorcerer, wizard). Of those, 2 can ignore the normal pre-requisites (monk, ranger), and both specifically point that out. This bears out throughout the rest of the non-core base classes and in very nearly every prestige class. Bonus feats that ignore pre-reqs are the exception, not the rule.

Technically in the swashbuckler class description it states that the Swashbuckler MUST meet ALL the prerequesists for the bonus feats. RAW would say he would have to have levels in fighter to take Weapon Specialization.
Rules as Intended I would assume that the levels in swashbuckler would count for the class level reqs. Just my opinion. Ultimately up to the DM
