According to the barding table in the equipment section, medium barding cost double that for medium humanoids, and weighs the same. Barding for large creatures costs quadruple and weighs double. So reversing the engineering, would that mean that barding for small creatures would cost the same as normal for medium humanoids and weigh half as much? I ask because I am looking to add to the survivability of a hunting/tracking dog (size small) for my barbarian.
I'm confused... why ask here when it is right there on the charts?
Small none humanoid costs 2x as much and weights half as much.
Small humanoid costs the same weights half as much.
