I'm using a Mac using OS 10.6. The PDFs look great except that the letter "A" in the titles never come through for some reason. Is there a font I need to download?
This was an issue with some of the Mac/Linix PDF readers, where they wouldn't pick up on the As I know many of them fixed this in thier most recent updates, so you may try updating your pdf reader. If not, adabe reader does work and is free....

In this thread, we've got reports that the recent 10.6 update solves the problem.

I can verify that the newest 10.6 patch DOESN'T fix the problem.
Any other insight to this issue?

It is not a problem which shows up when Adobe Reader is used as your PDF viewer. A bug report has been filed with Apple regarding Preview.

Your avatar is kind of creepy. Moving on...
It's probably a small issue Apple won't bother fixing, not for a while anyway. I like Preview mainly for the fact it's native and I don't need to worry about extra un-needed software installed. All the other PDFs show up fine though, just the Core Rulebook looks jacked up.
