The printed copy of Pathfinder core rule book differs from the PDF. In Chapter 3, page 53, "Animal Feats", the printed copy contains "Weapon Finesse" but the PDF contains an empty space between commas: "Toughness, , and Weapon Focus" where "Weapon Finesse" should be. There's nothing about it in the errata, and supposedly the PDF is more up-to-date than the printed copy.
It looks like a typo, but is "Weapon Finesse" an available feat or not? I emailed customer.service@paizo.com but I'm not sure that's the right place where to ask about typos or for reporting them.
This is most definitely a typo, considering that many animals already in the game can take weapon finesse / come with weapon finesse. I believe this has already been brought to the attention of Paizo though, and simply writing a post about the issue would bring it to light to Jason etc.

I find it comforting that with all the rules geniuses and writers who work for Paizo, they, too, can miss little things. I don't feel quite so stupid when I do it! XD

The printed book is correct in this case.
Actually, if Pathfinder follows the 3.5 animal rules, the PDF is correct on this issue. In 3.5, all animals with dex greater than strength get Weapon Finesse for free. In other words, there's no need for it to be an available feat.
If you look carefully at the PDF, you will see that between the feats 'Toughness' and 'Weapon Focus' there are 2 commas (not just one), and between the two commas there is a 1-character-long-underscore.
Basically, the hyperlink is damaged and the entire name associated with it (Weapon Finesse) has been swallowed up. This has been first noticed by ShadowChemosh here.
So, yes, Weapon Finesse should be there (in fact, in the printed version, it is there).
Regarding creatures having Weapon Finesse as a bonus feat, this is only true (in 3.x) for some creatures - usually, small creatures with only 1 HD which wouln't have been eligible for taking the feat but had the necessity to have it anyway (in 3.x, Weapon Finesse required a +1 BaB, and a 1 HD animal has only 0 BaB). As an example you can look at the Cheetah in the Official SRD for 3.5; it has Weapon Finesse, but it's not a bonus feat - in fact, it has only another feat, Alertness, as a regular creature with 3 HD.
