I'm looking over the Raptoran from Races of the Wild and I'm not sure if certain things should be done.
The +10 to Jump checks is pretty easy, just make it a racial bonus on Acrobatics made to Jump.
They have +2 to Spot, should that be made into +2 to Perception or dropped since it does not apply to Listen and Search?
Also, +2 to Climb, keeper.
The biggest kicker for me is, they have no racial ability modifiers. Because they gain the ability to fly over time, I'm considering not granting any change here. If I do, I'm tempted between just +2 to any or +2 Dex, +2 Wis, -2 Con.

My read of the raptorans is that they are "human-like" outsiders that migrated to [setting] and slowly adapted to their new climate. I think you could allow the +2 to any stat of the human-based races and not have a problem, basically trading a feat and skill points to fly later on.
I think you could reduce the Acrobatics bonus to maybe +4 to bring it in line with other racial bonuses. You're probably correct about not having a Perception bonus.
I've never had players clamboring to play a raptoran, and I don't think they would with the above changes, which means its probably reasonable.

We actually converted the Raptoran, it was one of my favorite races from 3.5, so we sat down and looked it over.
We made two changes, we just gave them a +2 to any ability score (like the human) and instead of messing with all the flying/gliding for however many rounds we just basically started it with the ability to fly freely (I believe you get it at 10HD in 3.5)
For the +10 to Acrobatics, we did it only for acrobatics check made to jumps. +2 just stayed in the perception.
With everything being significantly more powerful in Pathfinder, it's all put her on an even playing field. Trust me my GM wouldn't let me play one if he felt she was even close to being overpowered.
