Morosino - NPC

So - Morosino shows up in the first encounter, so this isn't much of a spoiler.

What class is he? I'm assuming common 1 or expert 1. There is no information on him and the PCs will possibly/probably be with him.

I understood him to be tabula rasa - a blank slate. He's just a kid that can become anything the DM wants if need be. I'd treat him like the rest of the friendly NPCs that appear later; unstatted. There are recommendations as to what class those have potential for, but I intend to hold off statting them as long as possible. That way they can potentially grow with the party. If it becomes necessary to know a druid, they've got contact with one and I can come up with stats then. As such Morosino could become anything with time.

As a rule of thumb an expert with the fleet feat would be good. Perhaps later going rogue (or imprinting on one of the PCs and taking his first class level in the class of the PC he admires most).
