Council of Thieves Gamemaster's Guide PDF?

Could someone point me to the Council of Thieves Gamemaster's Guide PDF? It is mentioned on page 10 of The Bastards of Erebus along with the Council of Thieves Player's Guide, which I found easily enough.

The CoT DM's Guide was rolled into the Player's Guide. Any information pertinent to only the DM is found in the book itself.
