What feats would you choose for a half-orc or human paladin in a high undead campaign?
Would you jump on the several Channel Energy feats such as Improved Channel, Turn Undead and Smite Channel or would you stick to more martial feats like Power Attack, Cleave, Improved Crit...?

Depends on what the rest of the group was doing since you don't already have your mind made up. If you already have a cleric who is strong at channeling positive energy and need more up front muscle then, well, I doubt I need to spell it out for you. I'm guessing that if you already know that it's a high undead campaign before you make your character then this is likely the case and your job will be to smite the big bad guy more than channel energy.
