Outsiders, Ousiders (Native) and Martial Weapon Profs

Have we had word on if Outsiders and Native Outsiders are still proficient in all martial weapons?

I'm putting together a sorcerer with either abyssal or infernal bloodline. She's either a tiefling or a human, it comes down to the MWP thing, since I want her to tote a bastard sword. It's a tribute to her inspiration.

It sure isn't mentioned one way or the other in the Bestiary preview, so no help there. The WotC FAQ said no, IIRC (and then they went on to create the 'Lesser Tiefling' in Player's Guide to Faerun that explicitly didn't have it anyway).

In the case of a character with a particular inspiration, like this, I'd be prone to handing out a single Martial Weapon proficiency as a Trait (it could even be a more common Human Racial Trait, replacing the 'free martial weapon proficiency' that existed during Beta, with 'Yana the Tiefling' being a special case*).

*It's not like a member of any race can't use the Adopted Trait in the Second Darkness Player's Guide to get away with snagging another race's Racial Traits anyway. :)

Thanks Set,

I didn't know WotC backpedaled on it. I know that 3.x default was 'assume all racial traits unless specified otherwise' thus the Elan didn't get darkvision, but don't know what the formatting for PFRPG is. I'd hoped they'd stated somewhere. The preview and bonus bestiaries both don't have the outsider traits.
