I wish to know some things about it :
Page 518 in the hardcover it is written :
"Treat this as a temporary ability bonus for the first 24 hours
the headband is worn. A headband of vast intelligence has one
skill associated with it per +2 bonus it grants."
Does it mean that there is only ONE skill ?
"After being worn for 24 hours, the headband grants a number of skill ranks in those skills equal to the wearer’s total Hit Dice."
So for a rogue level 10, there is only 10 skills points to use ?
And why say "THOSE SKILLS" while just before they talk about "ONE skill"?
"These ranks do not stack with the ranks a creature already possesses." So if the rogue has already some ranks in spellcraft, he can't add this skill points ?
After 24 hours, the +2 on intelligence is added to the intelligence of the wearer. So a rogue with 15 in intelligence has in fact 17 thanks to the headband ?

There is one skill per +2 bonus on the headband. So a +6 headband of vast intellect has three associated skills.
"After being worn for 24 hours, the headband grants a number of skill ranks in those skills equal to the wearer’s total Hit Dice."

Correct that a rogue 10 would get 10 skill ranks. See above. A more proper sentence would probably have said "in the skill(s) equal to" or some such.
"These ranks do not stack with the ranks a creature already possesses." So if the rogue has already some ranks in spellcraft, he can't add this skill points ?
Correct.

Correct, though as the skill point increase from the increase is already accounted for this doesn't really do much. If the rogue takes off the headband, he looses the enhancement bonus.

There is one skill per +2Int bonus, i.e. one skill per +1 Int mod provided. This means a headband +2 has one skil, +4 has 2 skills and +6 has 3 skills.
"After being worn for 24 hours, the headband grants a number of skill ranks in those skills equal to the wearer’s total Hit Dice."
So for a rogue level 10, there is only 10 skills points to use ?
Yes. It functions as Intelligence which gives a bonus skill per modifier point per level.
And why say "THOSE SKILLS" while just before they talk about "ONE skill"?
One skill per 2 points of Intelligence bonus. That means 1, 2 or 3 skills as noted above.
"These ranks do not stack with the ranks a creature already possesses." So if the rogue has already some ranks in spellcraft, he can't add this skill points ?
No, he can't. The Headband provides +"level" in any skills it grants. This is already the maximum so a character with skill gets no benefit, they already knew the basics that the headband contains.
After 24 hours, the +2 on intelligence is added to the intelligence of the wearer. So a rogue with 15 in intelligence has in fact 17 thanks to the headband ?
Yes. For all intents and purposes, such as qualifying for feats or prestige classes, spellcasting, etc, the character would have an Int of 17. The Headband can be taken off for short periods, but if deprived for longer, the character would lose his bonus. (I recommend 24 hours so the characters don't get headband hair from sleeping in it).
EDIT: Or what Erian_7 said. Damn ninjas.

No, it means that for every +2 bonus the Headband grants, it has also one skill associated with it.
Headband +2 = 1 SkillHeadband +4= 2 Skills
Headband +6 = 3 Skills
"After being worn for 24 hours, the headband grants a number of skill ranks in those skills equal to the wearer’s total Hit Dice."

A rogue 10th with a Headband +2 doesn't use 10 skill points; he gains 10 skill ranks in the skill associated with the Headband itself.
If he finds a Headband +2 (Spellcraft), he gains 10 skill ranks in Spellcraft. If he finds a Headband +4 (Perception and Knowledge(Religion)), he gains both 10 skill ranks in Perception and in Knowledge(Religion).
"These ranks do not stack with the ranks a creature already possesses." So if the rogue has already some ranks in spellcraft, he can't add this skill points ?
See above; he doesn't add skill points, he simply uses the higher skill ranks among his own and those granted by the Headband.
Our friendly Rogue 10th with 5 skill ranks in Perception and the Headband +4 (Perception and Knowledge(Religion)) changes his Perception skill ranks to 10 (he uses the higher one granted by the Headband), and gains the 10 skill ranks in Knowledge (Religion). If he later loses the Headband, he returns to his own skill ranks (5 in Perception, 0 in Knowledge(Religion)).
After 24 hours, the +2 on intelligence is added to the intelligence of the wearer. So a rogue with 15 in intelligence has in fact 17 thanks to the headband ?
Yes. For example, a Fighter with Int 10 who wears an Headband +4, after 24 hours has an effective Intelligence score of 14 and qualifies for taking in the future the Combat Expertise feat (prerequisite Int 13). Note that in this case, he doesn't have to recalculate skill points, because the Headband already has one or more 'built-in' skills associated with it (see above).
