I'd like to check that I've understood this correctly.
I'm a 4th lev Ranger 1st lev Wizard.
I have the feat Practiced Spellcaster giving me a Caster Lev of 5.
I've taken a Wand as my arcane bonded item.
I can now enchant the wand as a Wand of cure light for 375gp (750 x .5).
I can then enchant the wand again as a 2nd wand of cure light for the same price as per "adding new abilities to an existing item".
I can then continue to make it a Wand of Identify ect so long as I have the GP, Time and willingness to risk having it get broken ect.
Is this correct.

Since you can only put a single spell into a wand, per the charged item rules (multiple spells take the staff rules), the answer is no.
You could enchant it as a wondrous item and add new other abilities, but none of them would work off wand charges.

I'm probably been blind but where are the charged item rules that say you can only put a single spell in a wand and that you can't use the same stick to enchant multiple "wand enchantments" on it.

A wand is a thin baton that contains a single spell of 4th level or lower.
That being said, if I were a DM, I would allow you to charge your wand (up to 50 charges) with any spells of 4th level or lower so long as you pay the cost to do so. So you could have 12 cure light wounds, 12 identifies, etc, so long as the total spell charges add up to 50.
Cost of a charge (by my calculation): Level of spell x creator's caster level x 15 gp. Only bonded wands may be charged in this way.
A bonded staff could also be charged in the same way (up to 10 charges), for any spell, at a cost of ((40 gp x highest level spell level x caster level (min 8))/number of charges required to cast spell) for the highest level spell, then ((30 gp x next highest spell level x caster level (min 8))/number of charges required to cast spell)) for the next highest level spell. Then ((20 gp x any other spell levels x caster level (min 8))/number of charges required to cast spell)).
So, if you wanted to use these rules, a wizard bonded with a wand could put 10 fireballs into his wand at a cost of 1750 gp (3 x 5 x 15gp) and 40 magic missiles into his wand at a cost of 600 gp (1 x 1 x 15).
A wizard bonded to a staff could put 3 black tentacles into the staff at a cost of 3840 gp (4 x 8 x 40gp)or 1920 gp if each black tentacles used 2 charges, and then later put in 7 (or 4)stinking clouds into the staff at a cost of 5040 gp (3 x 8 x 30gp) (or 2880gp). Of course doing this grants the staff no other magical properties besides holding charges for spells.

Thanks. Blindness indeed. :-)
Related question. If you lose your bonded item do you have to replace it with a item of the same type.
i.e. You have a wand and lose it, can you replace it with a ring (after the req week + ritual)?
