What is the proper process for a GM Reward? Fill out a Chronicle sheet for the GM's character, marking the reduced things appropriately?
How about when submitting them on paizo.com? Do we add an extra slot for the GM's PC, as if they played in the scenario?
Just want to make sure I do this correctly. :)

Fill out a chronicle sheet for the PC, marking things correctly.
Add the GM's PC to the reporting for that slot.
Sounds like you've got it. :-)

So is there any way to get credit for one of my characters for the 2 games I ran at Gencon?

Josh did not tell me this directly, I forgot to to ask him, But his little helpers told me that the GMs will get the credit they deserve from the games they ran when he inputs them into the system..patience grass hopper he is busy, if he has not started adding the stuff from GenCon yet, I am sure he will be soon.
I know when I played the games I played Saturday Night and Sunday I counted the one scenario I ran 7 times as playing it once with the GM reward system, So I added 1 exp 1/2 GP and 1 PA to my character before I played and filled out a chronicle sheet for it.

The Guide to Pathfinder Society Organized Play states that the GM gets 50% of the max gold for the tier appropriate to the GM’s character.
I assume that since there is no mention of the Day Job roll, the GM's character does not get additional money for a Day Job roll. Right?
Then again, the section of things that the GM's character does not get does not mention Day Job roll either.

Just confirming then, the session sheet will list the same person as both GMing & playing the character he chose to get the credit for the scenario and is then entered online showing him as both GM & player(with appropiate chracter# he chose for that scenario to have credit).
ALSO IT MUST FOLLOW THIS RULE FROM THE ORGANIZED PLAY 2.1
Game Master Rewards
Finally, and most importantly, is the topic of rewarding
GMs for volunteering their time to run Pathfinder Society
scenarios.
Regarding the tier that is appropriate for a GM’s
character, follow these quick guidelines: your character
must be in the same level range as the scenario you are
GMing. For example, if you have a level 1 character and
are running a Tier 1–7 scenario in sub-Tier 6–7 you
get a chronicle sheet from that scenario for your level 1
character but only for sub-Tier 1–2. If you have a level 1
GM character and are running a Tier 5–9, Tier 7–11, or
Tier 12 scenario, you would not be able to get a chronicle
sheet for your character as one does not exist for level 1
characters in those tier bands. The same would be true
for a level 10 GM character running a Tier 1–5 scenario;
there isn’t a level 10 chronicle sheet for that tier, so you
would not receive one for GMing that scenario
basically the GM loses out completely on getting any type of credit for GMing a mod that he is out of level/tier range on the scenario for the character not in tier range he wants to assign the credit to.
thank you.

I would hope that if you ran a Tier 1-5, at 1-2, and your own PC was 5th, then you could collect the 4-5 chronicle sheet, otherwise a 1-2 just ruins you even more. The 1/2 gold deal is pretty tough after a handful of levels, getting half of a lower level sheet is even worse.
Hopefully we can make that clearer in the 2.2 version. I think that the GM should be able to collect a sheet for the level that his PC qualifies for. For the wierd inbetween levels, you should be able to round up. 1/2 gold still keeps you average.
