Waiting for the wife to get ready before heading off the the place that I would completely loathe except they pay me good money not to.

I do loathe my job and I don't get paid enough money not to...

<---likes his job

I have learned something.

One cannot make plans for an evening of creative endeavors AND enjoy a meal that used to eat when they were half their age. Not only did the itis get me, I fell asleep on the couch and had to be woken up by my patient wife, who had to gently pry me away from my bespooned netbook.

It's pouring out, so I'm going to work now via bus...Oh, my stomach...cannot bear to look at food today..drinking nothing but tea.

Mornin' All. Ugh...
I probably should've taken to bed earlier, but last night's Castle episode was worth it. Browncoats ride forever, baby! ;D

Hey I'm at work for 3-4 hours more than I am supposed to be (I still have another 1-2 hours of work left before I finish) and then have to start again in approximately 6 hours time to open the store...

I gotta take my fun where I can get it or I'll snap again like I did earlier in the night at one of the casuals... :/

But this one is funny though... and we can't even get in trouble for it, Solnes will think it's funny too...

EDIT: I suppose I should never say "we can't get in trouble for it"... that is just asking for it... :/

I find it humorous that we were helping to name, you know, IT.

Mine's named 'Hammer of the Oh Gods'.

I know, grade school humor, but isn't that what most of our stuff is?

Great, first Sharoth and now two more. What gods did we offend to suffer this plague of dragons?

Ya got to get her drunk enough. Then tell her the next morning how much she enjoyed it. Got me thru the first two years of marriage.

Whatever you do, don't fail that test. You'll have to wait a year to retake it.

And the secret to a happy first few years of marriage is to marry virgin so she will hae nothing to compare you to.

Getting her drunk enough is about the only times she does actually enjoy it... :/

Uh oh. How 'bout 1 out of 2? The wife's only 2 yrs younger, and we're 3 months away from 25 years. Should I give up now? Maybe it's just about if you're married to an English person?

Of course, I could sit and listen to the lilting tones of an English or Australian woman for hours.

Well you know the British were wrong about U.S. Independence and colonialism, so the is a margin of error.

The Exchange

Solnes calls mine "Yes please, Oh God yes!". :)

Ugh. Still feel crappy. Must not drink when my sinuses are stuffed up. I had about half of a pina colada last night and even that small amount was enough to trigger the vertigo because of how stuffed up I am. :/

And very funny, flash and Moorluck. :)
Even if it did take a long time to read.
