Did anyone catch Monster Tracker last night? It stars Kevin Grevioux of Underworld fame and he is basically using science to recreate monster of legend. They did the dragon last night and established scientifically how a dragon could exist. I hope the Discovery Channel picks it up because it was awesome.

It was on Discovery Channel as a special or something? Cuz that sounds cool.

It was a "concept" show. Basically it's a pilot they put out there to see how well it will do. Did you know that Kevin Grevioux hs a degree in microbiology?

I appreciate you taking up HD's gauntlet, Solnes, but I feel like in honor that I can't take advantage of people doing that unless I do it myself...and I'm sure as hell NOT going to do it myself. Hope it's a good experience, though.

So...no one else is getting a kick out of the How does Paizo differ thread?

LOL, I have nothing to fear, and so far the only questions I have gotten have been those that you could ask in public.

Ask people to question you, anything you want, and they suddenly can't think of anything deep and dark that they wanna know.

Wow, you never know what someone is capable of until they take on a private project. Interesting.

Boards going to be slow today?

Ah guess so.

While you're waiting, come over and try some of my chicken.

It's Thursday.

I think people are distracted by the giant yellow brick floating in the air and its message that the Earth is going to be destroyed.

Guess the coffee hasn't done it's work yet.

That's not a yellow brick, it's a pig.

That's not a pig...it's a space station.

It didn't start out that way, poor hubby overslept and was late, but he got it all settled.

I have some running to do today, but I think it can wait untill he gets home tonight.

A good book can make any day good. :)

The Wizards IP thread.

Oh, yeah, that one.

Mind flayer

Edit: Hopefully, this won't cause issues with David's conversions.

It's true. Did I miss where you said what you're reading?

EDIT: Badger - Tolerance Flayer

DOUBLE EDIT: Yeah, I wondered about that. Also, I noticed they don't want us talking about submissions.

Nope, you didn't miss it. I am reading Hemlock Bay by Catherine Coulter. Its FBI thriller. No literary genius here, just pleasure reading. Very well written though, I love her writting style.

She writes alot of romance, but her thrillers are great. :)

Scarab Sages

One of my younger co-workers just called me Aberzombie! It freaked me out. Apparently, that's what they call people enamored of the Abercrombie stores.

The Pacific sun, she rises!

Turns to stone

Watching Cars for the second time already today. :)

I suppose the site will be down soon. Talk to you guys in just a bit. :)

You mean: Mind Flayer?

I assumed you knew that when you came up the name!

Actually my conversion isn't of a Mind Flayer, per say. It is a conversion of a 3PP version of a mind flayer.

Appear!

Name?

Tentapus?

Suckerface?

Squimen?

Cthuldude?

Mind Ripper.

Whalp, three minutes until we are cast off. Farewell folks!

I just think it could be more fun... ;P

Hey, if anyone knows anyway I can improve Nordstrom's profile, let me know, but spoiler it so that Aberzombie is suitably entertained.

Info:
The idea is to have an elemental guy who embodies the essence of Northern Storms (playing off the name) and overpriced retail fashion competition. I know I'm not really using Elemental Archon correctly, as he'd have to be Water and Wind, minimally. Should I add a Cold Element template? I've never made a character like this, so I appreciate the help. I guess he should be an urban ranger with favored enemy undead? Bard levels or expert/aristocrat levels? Getting the flavor and the crunch right on this is probably tough, and it draws on stuff I've never used in the game.

Did you know that the Millenium Falcon makes a cameo in Star Trek: Fisrt Contact? I just noticed it.

Getting ready to clean the girls room. If I am not back in an hour, remember me fondly.
