YAY!!! My Screen of Fear and Ignorance just arrived. So did the rest of that shipment.

I also got an e-mail notifying me that my Rifts stuff just shipped from Paizo too.

~looks at my GM's screen~ Holy crap! who needs a bulletproof vest? Just slip one or two of these in your shirt and you are protected.

It's to protect you from rabid players after you kill their character horribly in some innovative trap.

You should have just shown him the way to Davey Jones' locker.

I'm assuming that's not the kind of pirate you are referring to, however.

Okay, here is the story. I have a friend who does cyber-security for the state of Utah. During a routine scan of the state's servers for his department, he found someone had downloaded and stored some pirated Paizo books on the state's servers. As per the State's policy the material was deleated and the individual fired for misappropriation of state resources. What the state ussually does not do is report the material to the publishers, because it is too much hassle, according to them. However, he passed the e-mail address on the watermark on to me so that I could report them. I wish there was a reward or something.

Does anyone else's mind go straight into the gutter when the Gishers talk about "self-buffs?"

So I found where I want her party to be. Its called Leaps-and-Bounce. its an inflatable wonderland. and she Loves those inflatable bouncy houses and the big inflatable slides, which they have plenty of. And they have a toddler area so that her lil brother and my neigbors youngest can play without fear of harm from the older kids. So yeah, I am totally stoked.
her birthdays thus far have been home parties, but the 5th birthday is a big one and I want to do something special. And they provide everything, food, set up, clean up, decorations, and all that jazz. So well worth it. :D

Oh, yeah. Good morning, everyone!

I wouldn't believe that for a second.

I don't. I'm just waiting for my review where I'm told that I spend too much time on the Internet and that I socialize too much. Then I'll ask the simple question about how that "development need" came up.

So it just keeps on pouring. When my transmission went out we were on the freeway. It was bumper to bumper traffic, because of a five car pileup. One of the cars involved in the accident happened to be a friend of our family. A car crossed the median and plowed into them, and then three more cars hit them from behind. The husband, Dan had to be cut out of the car, but the wife, Lucy, seemed fine. Dan was thought to have had a fractured leg and ankle but to be otherwise fine. Lucy had been kept overnight for observation. However, yesterday their condition both worsened and now they are both in the ICU. Please keep them and their family in your prayers. These are very good people who deserve to have a long life with which to spoil their grandkids.

They are in my prayers.

My niece just had her 5th Birthday at a Playland Centre and all the kids loved it! Even Seth played with all the big kids in the regular section and had a ball. He loved going down the Super Slide all by himself!

I think all the kids will love this. I just talked with them and it sounds just wonderful. I am going to stop in and look things over just to make sure. Maybe take the kids this weekend for a trial run. ;)

Catching up spent all my time and now I have to go to work again (followed by another computer install)...

Have fun all (I know I probably won't).

I think I am done for the day, or for a while. Time to relax and get some food in me, I forgot to eat and suddenly am really very hungry.

Heya Flash. Bye-a Flash. :(

Solnes: Glad your day started so well.

David: I'll keep your friends (and your family too) in my positive thoughts.

Taig: [imoen]Heya![/imoen]

Lynora: Hope your day goes well. :)

Stopped at Five Guys (hamburger & fries) on the way home. It wasn't orgasmic good, but still pretty delicious. Could barely finish half the burger and maybe just over 1/3 of the fries. It'll be a good breakfast tomorrow.

What are they like? Our local Fazoli's closed, something about not being able to compete with Olive Garden across the street or some such rubbish, and they put in a Five Guys where it was. I'm curious about it, but I have been burned by trying new places before so I'm hesitant.

Goodness I love cold turkey sandwiches. I think I am the only one in the house not turkey'd out. Mmmmm!!
