Great Axe weapon description missing

The text description of the Great axe didn't make it into the core rules.

It should be sitting between Glaive and Greatsword.

Also in the PDF bookmarks for the classes are all hosed up.

Many weapon descriptions were left out. This look intentional.

Axe, Throwing
Hammer, light
Mace, light (in the table) ... Mace in the description
Handaxe
Pike, light
Pike, heavy
Sap
Battleaxe

etc.
