Ok I received the download for this
I think that this is the key phrase, and the OP got confused somewhere ... The magic download was a free download that was offered in conjuncture with one of the rise of the runelords AP books. (Sins of the saviors I think) To get the rules to convert PFS to PFRPG you need to re-personalize the "Guide to Pathfinder Society Organized Play (PFRPG) PDF" Download and redownload it. Unfortunately, many of the rules refer you to the pathfinder rule book, which most people won't ave access to until the 14th.

Well bummer, I received it in an email with the pathfinder character generator excel version. Which I am unsure if it is ok to use or not Josh? Also where are the magic items we can purchase during conversion come from? Are they all in the main book or do we get to chose base on the chronicles we have already played?

All of the sources for magic items that are legal for play are listed in I believe chapter 13 of the updated PFS rules.
For the purposes of character conversion of an already existing PFS character, you can pick from any that are legal for play so long as they don't exceed the gp limit for purchasing them.
After conversion you'll be restricted to the current mod and last 2 (effectively last 3 sheets) and whats available to you based on your faction score.

The list in chapter 13 of the PFS Guide to Organized play details what books and what pages in said books have items and etc that are availabe for PFS play. So you still need to able to look at said books to know for sure what you can pick from.
The PFS Guide is available now as a free download, although you may need to repersonalize it if it's still giving you the old version.
If that doesn't answer your question then perhaps I'm just not understanding exactly what you're asking.

I have also compiled a word document that includes all the feats and traits not found in the core book, and for the feats at least I've noted what book and page number they come from. I plan on compiling one for equipment and magic items as well but have not started it yet. Still not sure on the format I'll use to display the info. If the list of feats and traits might be of use to anyone, then I can email them to whoever would like them.
