Order 1215210 Question

I was recently sent an order confirmation email for 2x PFRPG Rulebooks along with Council of Thieves #1 (order #1215210).

That's good news but shouldn't that have been 3x Rulebooks? I had two extra rulebooks on order (order #1139972) plus an ongoing PFRPG subscription (order #1204637).

I believe the system is set up to assume one of the preordered copies is the subscription copy. So if you preorder two, then subscribe, it takes one of them out of your preorder to be the subscription.

I had pre-ordered three. Then, when I set up my subscription, it reduced the pre-order to two. Which is fine, I just want to make sure I get all three. One for the subscription plus the two left on my pre-order.

it looks like your subscription copy got "stuck" in limbo. I have moved it out of limbo and onto order 1215210. I just sent you a new confirmation email which should reflect the changes.
