Greetings all. Since I developed that file, I have switched computers and had some issues with an external hard drive that held most of my back-ups. But I thought I might still have it.
I have done some searching and it looks like I do not have the file on my computer. I know I did not delete the file, so I can only assume it somehow got lost in the shuffle and subsequent hard drive failure.
I even searched my email to see if perhaps it still existed there in the form of an attached file and I found nothing.
I am sorry to report it seems to be lost. Which is incredibly disappointing as I was rather proud of how that file turned out, even though I never had a chance to finish it.
Hopefully someone out there still has a copy of it. I give them permission to share it if they are inclined to do so.

Have you considered using GoogleDocs? It does not restrict downloading the files unless you decides to restrict access.

Unfortunately, the file was never finished and never had any substantive editing done. So I apologize in advance for any editing gaffs that might appear.
