The Forester regional feat grants a +1 to perception and stealth that goes up to +3 in forest terrain in PRPG terms. This seems a bit suboptimal now when compared to other regional FR feats. I was thinking of adding survival and knowledge: nature to the feat now.
Has anyone else addressed this in their game?

mmmm
considering all feats that give bonuses to skills give +2 i will say that its pretty strong... if you are ina forest... i will add just to let you chose one of those as a class skill.
but giving a bonus of +1 or +3 to 4 skills... this is a bit powerful if you let me says so.
That's a fair observation.
I would point out that the feat in 3.5 gave +1/+3 to spot, listen, hide, and move silently. Regional feats in FR are designed to be better than average.
This is one of many skill type feats that becomes less attractive as an unintended consequence of skill consolidation, so I'm trying to find a way to give something back to it to keep it on par with other regional feats.
My thought was to extend the feat to encompass something thematically that didn't increase it's combat power very dramatically, but was still comparatively attractive.
I appreciate the feed back, and I tend to like feats that expand class skills, but I find that to be much less of an issue in PRPG.

How about +1/+3 and they are both class skills? Of course this wouldn't put much more on the table for characters that already have these as class skills.
Should the bonus scale some if one has 10+ ranks?

mmm well it doesn't help thos characters that already had the skills... but for example a wizard or fighter of such a place gets a decent ebnefit
I would say give them to chose between 2 of: perception, stealth and survival, maybe Kn: nature, those 2 becomes class skills and get the +1/+4... and it sounds right that at rank 10 they increase to +2/+4 maybe +5, but +6 at least for the time being sounds a bit step
and no problem, I know background feats were a bit better, still, needed to check some comparative
