This order was placed on June 11. I was held up awaiting the Second Darkness dice. I posted to have that part of the order canceled. But my total came to 77.50 and I believe that included the dice. Am I correct in understanding that I've already paid for the dice and will have them shipped with whatever order is to be shipped around the time that they come.
Next, and most importantly is that I have yet to receive the order. I did have the address for this order go to another address (than my normal one on file), but it should not have affected the shipping. I've used the address for several other things in the past, esp. with my moving.
Do you have tracking options?
Lastly, I cannot find an order for Pathfinder Companion for Taldor, yet it is in my downloads (and I didn't buy just the PDF). Was it with the above order (that I'm missing)? If so then maybe that is the Pathfinder Companion Subscription and adds to the total for the 77.50 which then means that the dice have not been pre-paid.

There's a lot here, so I will parse it down and tackle your questions one-by-one: :)
1) Your order total, with the Second Darkness dice, was $95.50. The total after we canceled the dice (which we did on 6/19) was $77.50.
2) Your order shipped out later that day, on 6/19. It shipped via standard postal rate, so it should have shown up within about 4 to 8 business days. Today is the 19th business day since this order shipped.
3) The first volume of your Pathfinder Companion subscription, "Taldor, Echoes of Glory" was included in the shipment of this same order.
4) Please take a moment to double-check the address associated with the order on your Order history and the address associated with your subscription on your My Subscriptions page. This order was shipped to the same address listed on your Companion subscription, which is the same address to which we just shipped your Quadira book last week. Has this shipment arrived, yet?
Once we make sure that we have your address squared away, I will put replacements in with your next subscription shipment.

I made this order (1190757) before my subscription for the companion went into effect (actually, this was the re-start of my companion subscription). When I posted the address for this order (high altitude) I figured that all future shipments would go to this new address. However, when my latest shipment for the companion came out (Qadria), it arrived at my old address (blackford ct.). The high altitude address is/was intended to be a temp location for my orders. I just wanted to have a place to make sure that I didn't have any issues with my orders while in the middle of a move.
I do not understand why the order has not arrived. I will be keeping an eye out for the shipment.
My August companion shipment (as well as the Pathfinder RPG subscription) will be going to my new address (San Simeon), which I have not changed with you. I want to get this sorted and make sure that future shipments come to the new house.
I don't want a new shipment of stuff - lets wait and see if the mail is just extra slow. However, if they still haven't arrived by the time the next companion and PFRPG comes out can things be mailed as one?
