I'm looking for current and future resources for converting the prestige classes from the Pathfinder Adventure Paths into the new Pathfinder Final rules. Is there anyone who has already confirmed that they will be doing this? Is that even allowed since it's not OGL?

If you're talking about stuff from Shackled City, Age of Worms or Savage Tide, then publishing a "Pathfinderized" Open Content version would not be allowed. But if you're talking about adventure paths since then, I thought most of that stuff was published under the OGL.
But I doubt that Paizo is going to go over all of their old content (e.g. prestige classes) in order to "Pathfinderize" it.

The hope wasn't that they would do all their content, but since the Prestige classes are available to all Adventure Paths it would be nice to see them updated using the new rules even if it's not official.
And yes I'm just talking about the Pathfinder Adventure Paths. Also 3rd party conversions would also be okay.

The final Pathfinder RPG book will probably discuss converting things in general to the Pathfinder RPG's rules. You'll still have to do some work.
Of course it's not too hard to do the basic changes. BAB progression should set the HP for the class unless it's d12, shape changing would use relevant form spells, etc.
