I've looked over the license real quick, didn't see anything forbidding this, but then again it was "real quick".
Quick and dirty: Is publishing something with dual-stats(3.5/OGL and Pathfinder/LLC) allowed? Or perhaps selling 3.5 and Pathfinder versions of the same pdf. product together in the same zip file?
Also, publishing under the LLC means you cannot use the Community License to put out free stuff for Golarion fans, right? Like say, Bob wants to sell "Dungeon Creatures Revealed: Your Mom" under the LLC under the name of Bob's Games yet he also wants to keep releasing free pdfs and material on forums for Pathfinder Chronicles fans like "Pale Faces and Horse Laughs: Fops of Taldor" which would not be found on his company website and released under his own name, btw.
I'm new to this.[/obvious]

IANAL, but, I understand it on a per product basis. Bob can publish the PFRPG compatible "Dungeon Creatures Revealed: You Mom" and charge for it, but it then cannot contain references to Golarion or other Paizo IP. However, Bob could continue to publish his free pdfs "Pale Horses and Horse Laughs: Fops of Taldor" making references to Golarion and Pathfinder IP as part of the CCL. Not sure how it would work if Bob made a free pdf about how to incorporate the creatures in "Your Mom" into Golarion.
Not sure at all about dual-statting. I can see it being published in two editions 3.5 OGL and PFRPG LLC without a problem, but I suspect you're talking about one product with both stats (although they would be very similar. Possibly even identical) and there it miht be a little murkier.

I don't see a problem with having two stat blocks in the same document. You definately can put as many d20 stats together as you like. Not completely sure about Pathfinder-style stats, but I can't imagine why anyone would want you to not publish stat blocks in their format along with other formats. I doubt that this is even legaly possible, but I guess Paizo COULD make a rule, that you can only use the PF-compatible tag on the cover if you use exclusively pathfinder-style stat blocks.
But I havn't seen any such rule in the license, either.

Yeah, Bob would absolutely avoid putting in plugs for his to-sell products in the free community stuff. Bob would feel dirty otherwise.

It's mainly the hoops people had to jump through for the early GSL that have me curious about that, the bit about "if it's printed under the GSL, it can't be printed under the OGL anymore". I don't believe Paizo has such a clause, what with them being under the OGL to begin with, but I just wanted to be absolutely sure.
And yeah, it's true that they would be extremely similar statblocks, but even a bit of conversion work one way or the other seems to turn some people off.
Dual statting in the product itself wouldn't make for a very pretty product though. Plugging two pdfs into a zip(Adventure3.5 and AdventurePF) would seem to be the way to go.

First of all, the license isn't called the LLC... that's just part of Paizo's legal corporate name: Paizo Publishing, LLC. If you ask our lawyer, he'd tell you the name of the license is the "Paizo Publishing, LLC Pathfinder® Roleplaying Game Compatibility License," but just the "Compatibility License" is fine between friends.
Second, dual stats (or multiple stats) are just fine. However, I think you'll find that 3.5 stats are so close to Pathfinder RPG stats that dual stats for those two systems would largely be a waste of space.
Third, whether or not you use the Compatibility License has no bearing on whether or not you can use the Community Use Policy. The Community Use Policy is restricted to non-commercial users, though. The distinction is this: you can use both licenses so long as you only do so non-commercially. If you sell *anything* you publish, you cannot use the Community Use Policy for anything else, even if you wanted to give it away. So Bob can sell his book, *or* he can use the Community Use Policy, but he can't do both.

Ah, thanks for the reply! Gonna have to think some things over in relation to the third part. Would that include being able to submit to Wayfinder? I'm not sure if that would be seen as its own singular entity under the Community license or if the license applies individually to every contributor.
