Can anyone point me to where else besides "Gods and Magic" I find images (and/or information) of Pharasma?
That's the most extensive section to date. She's got the same half-page entry as all the other major gods in the Campaign Setting, but has not yet received a full article write-up in Pathfinder. There is mention of her as background in the Boneyard section of The Great Beyond as well, but it's not as much on her as her planar realm.

Silkygreenbelly,
If you're digging for overlooked gems.. Try Pathfinder #2 Skinsaw Murders, in the Bestiary.. specifically the lamia matriarch entry.
Granted, the entry is about.. well.. lamia matriarchs.
HOWEVER, it details how the lamias were once a corrupt order of priestesses, who were punished by Pharasma- and why. There's a nice couple paragraph story to be read there, and a little bit of Pharasma lore.
Also, check other diety write-ups to see their relationship with Pharasma- that sometimes yields little clues. Especially the extended write-ups. Desna's write-up in PF#2 specifically contrasts how the two goddess view fate and destiny.
Hope this helps!

Silkygreenbelly,
This you will *not* find any where, because it's just my conjecture.
If you were to do some homebrew stuff with the campaign setting, consider this:
... but there is a fascinating interaction between their two purviews.
Pharasma is the goddess of fate, and she rather zealously likes to monitor births and deaths. She embodies the classic norn/fate myth all in one person rather than three distinct entities.
Norgorber, in his aspect of Father Skinsaw, is said to be shaping destiny. One murder at a time. Creating a grand design, by singling out specific targets for assassination/murder.
Pathfinder #2, in fact, deals with this- when a cult leader devoted to Norgorber is manipulated by yet another evil.
Now I'm not going to tell you that Norgorber has anything to do with the purview of fate, and he certainly hasn't cornered the market on death either.
But he might be treading into Pharasma's purview. Because he's picking who dies and when.
Now.. maybe in your campaign world, Pharasma is indifferent, because his selections have been ordained by her anyway. Maybe Norgorber clears them with her first. You can rationalize why there is no conflict between them.
On the other hand, you can also make a case that he's treading onto her purview. Religious conflict is always a good place to tell a story.
(And there's no right answer, it's in how you interpret it)
But in that potential tension, there's room for that conflict to play out on the mortal planes.. and hence you have a seed of an idea for possible adventures.

Hey guys, awesome finds so far. :D I just wanted to toss in a quick warning, as her DM, to please be careful with spoilers in the Rise of the Runelords campaign. Mr. Frost already spoiled the final boss for her in one of the seminars so I'm trying to help avoid too many more spoilers. ;)
Good point on the Lamia stuff though, there is some great flavor there. I'll copy/paste out the non-spoiler stuff for you silky, and mail it off to you.

Sorry! I actually tried a spoiler nested inside a spoiler but it didn't seem to work. My regrets. I'll be more careful in the future.

My primary interest is in images and depictions of her, but where to find more info is great too.

That's awesome. By the by, we have vague musings of doing or giving away something to folks who come to Gen Con in Pathfinder cosplay. Not really sure what yet, and no promises, but we were SO stoked after running into a priestess of Desna last year we wanted to encourage more.

If there happens to be any concept art floating around Paizo HQ....
the main image of Pharasma has her seated and I've been trying to work out how her clothing fits.
