Hey, I just want to confirm I didn't screw anything up. I ordered and DLed 2 PDF's yesterday, and during the process I opted to remove my PDF subscription for PF that has been in my cart for the last two months. Now according to my "subscriptions" I am still subscribed to Pathfinder, so having it in my cart was just some kind of unnecessary thing that was going on? Or does it need to be in my cart?
While your at it, could you ask the powers that be to read my thread in the website forum to extend the PDF sale a few days into May?
Thanks!

You do not need to have the subscription in your cart to be subscribed. The only way to cancel your subscription is to make an explicit request to Paizo Customer Service.
This is, in fact, a pretty common misconception. I have had to tell numerous people that having the subscription in their shopping cart is not a requirement to retain a subscription. In order to track down what it is that keeps leading people to this conclusion, could you tell me what made you think that? Did the subscription not leave your shopping cart when you purchased it? Has the subscription been in your cart since you transitioned from Dungeon? Any clues you could provide would be immensely helpful, since this is not a belief we want any subscribers to have.
I will make sure to point out your PDF thread to the relevant eyes.
thanks,
cos

I don't remember how the subscription even got into my cart. Maybe when I restarted it? All I know is that its been in there ever since I restarted, and I just assumed it needed to be in there because its an on going order.
I asked how to resubscribe, so if you told me to do something that put it in my cart to begin with, thats probably when I got it in my head it goes in my cart and stays there.

Hmm... good to know. Thank you VERY much. I'll remember that when I'm composing my answers.
I usually try to be subtle about checking up on how well our Customer Service is doing... but sometimes ya just gotta ask people straight out. :D
